It is a joint cooperative effort of the New Egypt First Aid
and the Township of Plumsted to provide daytime emergency medical
services coverage.

There is hereby established a fee schedule for emergency medical
services transportation by the Township of Plumsted.
A. The base rate shall be six hundred dollars ($600) per transport.
The rate shall include the dispatch of two (2) EMT's; services
of basic life support; emergency ambulance transportation to a local
hospital.
B. A mileage charge of seven dollars ($7) per mile shall be added to
the base rate.
C. Plumsted Township residents shall not be billed nor responsible for
the emergency medical services transportation fees set forth herein.
Billings and responsibility for payment shall be the obligation of
insurance companies, Medicare and/or Medicaid.
D. An oxygen charge of seventy-five dollars ($75) per use per call shall
be added to the base rate.
E. A cervical collar charge of thirty-five dollars ($35) per collar
shall be added to the base rate.
