All taxpayers in the Borough of Blawnox who shall fail to make
payment of any taxes imposed by the Borough of Blawnox against them
or their property within four months after the date of the tax notice
sent to them shall be charged a penalty of 10% of the tax imposed,
which penalty shall be added to the taxes by the Borough Tax Collector
and collected by the Borough Tax Collector.
This article repeals any ordinance or part of an ordinance in
conflict herewith.
This article shall be effective January 1, 1977.
