All streets and roads located in the Township of Hardwick, County of Warren, State of New Jersey shown upon and designated as certified streets and roads on the certified street and road map of the Township of Hardwick.
Also county roadways as follows: Millbrook Road in the Township of Hardwick; Spring Valley Road in the Township of Hardwick; and Stillwater Road, also known as County Route 521 in the Township of Hardwick.
