This chapter shall be known and may be cited as "The Land Development
Regulations Ordinance of the Township of Maurice River."

1. The Land Development Regulations were adopted by Ordinance
No. 491 on May 18, 2000. The ordinance was certified by the New Jersey
Pinelands Commission on November 9, 2000. Amendments were certified
by the Pinelands Commission on May 14, 2004.

21, 2010 were readopted in entirety on June 16, 2011 by Ordinance
No. 613.
