Section 140.210 Desecration Of Cemetery.

No person shall write upon, cut, bruise, break, discolor or otherwise deface or injure any stone, monument, vault, fence or other structure within or around the City cemetery.

Section 140.220 Unauthorized Presence In Cemetery.

No person not previously authorized by the Board of Aldermen shall be permitted within the enclosure of the City cemetery after dark.

Section 140.230 Violations And Penalties.

Any person convicted of violating any provision of this Chapter shall be penalized in accordance with Section 100.220 of this Code.
