A.
Building lots, also known as prime sites, are valued by "base lot
size," which is 43,560 square feet (one acre). Sites that are considered
prime are those that are improved or potentially developable.
B.
Any acreage over the base lot size is considered rear acreage or
remaining land.
C.
Remaining land is valued per acre as excess residual land. This land
pricing unit remains unchanged at $3,500 per acre. Additional conditions
may be applied to this pricing on a case-by-case basis to recognize
any detriments or enhancements to the excess land.
