There is hereby created and established the office of Superintendent
Operator of the sewage disposal plant of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea.
The Superintendent Operator of the sewage disposal plant will hold
office for a term of three (3) years.
The Superintendent Operator of the sewage disposal plant shall
be solely responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance
of the sewage disposal plant.
The Superintendent Operator of the sewage disposal plant shall
be entitled to a vacation leave as specified by the applicable ordinance.[1]

The Superintendent Operator of the sewage disposal plant shall
be paid a salary at a range to be established from time to time by
the Board of Commissioners. The salary shall be in lieu of any and
all overtime or holiday pay.
