Each and every person using the beachfront of the Borough and
the water adjacent thereto shall register with the duly authorized
agents of the Borough employed for that purpose before using the same
and shall give his name and address and such other information as
may be required by the Borough through its authorized agents.

Each and every person so registered shall be furnished with
an identification badge or I.D. band which shall be worn visibly by
the registrant at all times and which shall be exhibited upon request
to Borough representatives. The daily I.D. band will be secured by
a Borough representative to be worn on the wrist.
Any identification badge issued pursuant to this chapter shall
be for the exclusive use of the registrant, and it shall be a violation
of this chapter to lend, give, sell or in any way attempt to transfer
a badge or to use a badge issued to another.
