[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea 1-27-86 by Ord. No. 1-1986 and amended 8-24-87 by Ord. No. 14-1987. Amended in its entirety 12-9-91 by Ord. No. 27-1991. Further amendments noted where applicable.]
The BOCA National Property Maintenance Code/1990, together with such revisions, amendments and supplements as have been or may be, from time to time, made thereto, is hereby adopted by reference and is incorporated as if fully set forth at length herein, save and except such portions of said Code as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended.
Three (3) copies of the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code/1990 are filed in the office of the Code Enforcement Official of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea, and will remain on file in such office for use and examination by the public. Copies of said Code shall be available for purchase at a charge to be determined by resolution of the Board of Commissioners.
A. 
Section PM-100.1 is amended to read as follows:
Title. These regulations shall be known as the Property Maintenance Code of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea, New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as this Code.
B. 
Section PM-109.2 is amended to read as follows:
Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this Code shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty provided by Chapter 1 Section 1-15. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.

C. 
Section PM-302.12 is amended to read as follows:
The dates of applicability for this section shall be from May 1 to October 31. In all other respects this section reads as shown in the model code adopted by reference.
D. 
Section PM-601.1 and Section PM-601.2 are amended to read as follows:
The dates of applicability for these sections shall be from October 1 through May 1. In other respects these sections read as shown in the model code adopted by reference.
