A.Â
No person or persons shall permit any dog owned by him, under his
control or for which he is responsible to be walked or to be present
in any manner in the municipal park situated in front of the Avon-by-the-Sea
Municipal Building or on the sidewalk, grass area or curbing adjacent
to the municipal park.
B.Â
No person or persons shall permit any dog owned by him, under his
control or for which he is responsible to be walked or to be present
in any manner on the beach or boardwalk at any time.
