The purpose of this district is to protect agricultural uses
and preserve natural features and resources while encouraging low-density
single-family residential development suited to the natural conditions
and encouraging conservation subdivisions in areas where public sewers
are anticipated in the near future and to provide for accessory uses
and compatible public and semipublic uses as conditional uses or uses
by special exception.

(i)
Oil and gas development.
(j)
Storage depot(s) and truck staging area(s).
(k)
Re-entry related operations.
C.
Uses by special exception:
(1)
Principal uses:
(a)
Communications antenna mounted on an existing building or existing
public utility storage or transmission structure.
(b)
Day-care center or preschool facility in a place of worship
or school.
(c)
Place of worship/place of assembly.
(d)
Private club.
(e)
Public utility building or structure.
(f)
Schools (public or private).
(g)
Veterinary clinic.

In the A-2 Agricultural District, all uses shall be subject to the
following regulations, except as they may be modified by the express
standards and criteria for the specific conditional uses and uses
by special exception contained in Part 13:
A.
Minimum lot area:
(1)
Agriculture: 10 acres (435,600 square feet).
(2)
Boarding stable: 10 acres (435,600 square feet).
(3)
Private stable, kennel or specialized animal raising: five acres
(217,800 square feet).
(4)
Riding academy (commercial or noncommercial): 10 acres (435,600
square feet).
(6)
All other principal uses: two acres (87,120 square feet).
B.
Minimum lot width: 150 feet.
C.
Maximum lot coverage: 25%.
