A.
Recreation vehicles such as trailers and boats may be parked or stored
within the Borough under the following conditions:
(1)
All such vehicles or boats must be stored in the rear yard only.
They cannot be stored in the front yard, side yards or driveway.
(2)
No such vehicle or boat may be stored within five (5) feet of the
owner's property line.
(3)
The length of the vehicle or boat to be so stored can-not exceed
thirty (30) feet in length.

(4)
No more than one (1) vehicle or boat may be stored on one (1) piece
of property.
B.
This article applies to the storage of the vehicle or boat only,
and no living within or use of the vehicle or boat shall be permitted.
C.
A vehicle such as a trailer or a boat may be parked on the street
for a period of time not to exceed forty-eight (48) hours for the
purpose of loading or unloading only.

No person shall store or park a motorcycle, moped or other motor
vehicle upon the front, side or rear lawn of any residence, unless
in the rear, the area has been appropriated for parking by a carport,
paved or crushed stone; or upon any sidewalk within the Borough.

The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the local
Police Department.

No person shall garage, store or permit to be garaged or stored
any motor vehicle or trailer used for the transportation or storage
of oil, gasoline, liquid or gaseous chemicals or any other substance
of an explosive nature in the residential or business zones of the
Borough as set forth on the Zoning Map of the Borough.[1]
