No person shall wade, swim, skin-dive or engage in any other
activity which places such person in the waters of Shark River, as
it is located within the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea, east of the westerly
side of the Ocean Avenue Bridge during the period each year commencing
May 1 and terminating October 1 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
5:30 p.m.
