If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision
of this chapter shall be adjudged by the courts to be invalid, such
adjudication shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subdivision,
clause or provision so adjudged, and the remainder of this chapter
shall be deemed valid and effective.
All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the terms
of this chapter are hereby repealed insofar as inconsistency exists.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption and
publication according to law.
