A. 
All persons or corporations leasing or renting living accommodations, such as apartments, dwellings, furnished or unfurnished rooms, hotel space, or similar facilities, within the limits of the Borough of Etna shall report to the Borough Secretary the names and addresses of the tenant or lessee whenever such tenant occupies said facilities for a term of one month or more. Said report shall be filed within 10 days after the 30th day of occupancy of the facilities.
B. 
Said person or corporation shall also report to the Borough Secretary the termination of any lease or rental arrangement for facilities as above described. Said report shall be made within three days of the receipt of actual or constructive notice of the termination of the tenancy.
All public utility companies furnishing or rendering any utility services such as gas, electric and telephone within the Borough of Etna shall report to the Borough Secretary within 10 days the name and address of each of their customers who receives services within the Borough of Etna and shall report to the Borough Secretary within 10 days the name and address of any addition to or deletion from their list of customers who received services within the Borough of Etna.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates any provision of §§ 334-1 and 334-2 shall for every such violation, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 10 days, provided that failure to report any name shall be considered a separate offense.
