The purposes of this ordinance are
to establish a pattern for the use of land and structures based on
the Master Plan, to implement the Master Plan, and to encourage private
and municipal action that will foster development of the Township
in a manner which will promote the public health, safety, morals,
and general welfare of the people. This ordinance is intended to carry
out the purposes set forth in the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
