The Director, or his/her designee, in conjunction with the Division
of Fleet Services in DPW, shall be responsible for the procurement
of all vehicles in the County fleet.
The fleet designee or fleet manager (when applicable) of each
department purchasing vehicles for use its exclusive departmental
use must coordinate procurements of such vehicles, including public
safety vehicles, with the Division of Fleet Services in DPW and the
Director of Central Purchasing.
