In accordance with the provisions of and subject to the limitations
of N.J.S.A. 17:36-8 through and including N.J.S.A. 36-12, no insurer
issuing fire insurance policies in this State shall pay any claims
for fire damages in excess of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500)
on any real property located within the Borough of Somerville until
all taxes and assessments and anticipated demolition costs have been
paid in accordance with the provisions of the above statutes.
All of the provisions of N.J.S.A. 17:36-8 through and including
N.J.S.A. 17:36-12 and any amendments thereto are hereby adopted by
reference.
