It is hereby made unlawful to sell obscene material anywhere
in the Borough of Somerville, whether to a person under the age of
eighteen (18) years or of the age of eighteen (18) years or older.
For the purposes of this chapter, "obscene material" shall be
defined as set forth in N.J.S.A. 2C:34-2a for persons eighteen (18)
years or older and N.J.S.A. 2C:34-3a for persons under the age of
eighteen (18) years, and the grading of the offense shall be as set
forth in N.J.S.A. 2C:34-2b and 2C:34-3b and c, respectively.
