The said deposit may also be used by the Borough to satisfy in whole or in part any fine imposed for the violation of any provision of the permit.
B.
The applicant shall notify the appropriate utility companies when
a building is planned to be moved and shall also provide proof, when
requested, that such notification was made.
No person shall change the grade or line of any sidewalk or
curb except for the purpose of making said grade or line conform to
the grade or line established by the Borough.
A.
No person shall negligently or willfully break, injure or destroy
any curb, gutter, culvert or sidewalk which is set, laid or fixed
in or stored upon any public street. No person shall injure, break
or destroy any street or guide sign or post, lamp or light bulb or
appurtenances thereof or other public property in any public street
or place.

alarm pole or signal box, nor disturb or interfere with any such signal
box or any fixture or appurtenances, nor interfere with or operate
any fire hydrant upon any street.

or similar substances to fall or scatter from any truck, wagon or
any other vehicle in or, upon any street or public way.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding
five hundred dollars ($500) or to imprisonment in the county jail
for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both.
