No person shall remove or cause to be removed or aid or assist in removing any building to, along or across any street without first having obtained a permit from the Borough Clerk. Such permit shall state a description of the building, the route which the building may take and the hours during which the building may be upon the street.
A. 
The permit required in § 150-35 shall not issue unless and until the applicant shall deposit the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) with the Borough Clerk as security for the faithful prosecution of the work and to liquidate damages, if any, done to property by reason of such moving. The said deposit may also be used by the Borough to satisfy in whole or in part any fine imposed for the violation of any provision of the permit.
B. 
The applicant shall notify the appropriate utility companies when a building is planned to be moved and shall also provide proof, when requested, that such notification was made.
No person shall change the grade or line of any sidewalk or curb except for the purpose of making said grade or line conform to the grade or line established by the Borough.
A. 
No person shall negligently or willfully break, injure or destroy any curb, gutter, culvert or sidewalk which is set, laid or fixed in or stored upon any public street. No person shall injure, break or destroy any street or guide sign or post, lamp or light bulb or appurtenances thereof or other public property in any public street or place.
B. 
No person shall tie or fasten any animal to any fire hydrant, fire alarm pole or signal box, nor disturb or interfere with any such signal box or any fixture or appurtenances, nor interfere with or operate any fire hydrant upon any street.
No person shall throw, place, deposit or dump ashes, garbage, cinders, shells, straw, shavings, dirt, dirty water, filth or rubbish in or on any publicly owned property, including any street or public way, or allow or permit dirt, ashes, garbage, coal, crushed stone or similar substances to fall or scatter from any truck, wagon or any other vehicle in or, upon any street or public way.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or to imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both.
