A. 
Every person who shall be convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of not less than two dollars ($2) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the discretion of the Court in which such conviction shall be found and the penalty imposed.[1]

B. 
Any action seeking a conviction for violating any of the provisions of this chapter and the recovery of a penalty therefor may be instituted in any District Court or any Municipal Court.
C. 
The conviction of any person for violating any of the provisions of this chapter and the imposition of a penalty therefor shall nowise affect the right of the Board of Health of said borough to suspend or revoke, as hereinbefore in this chapter provided, any license issued to any person so convicted and penalized.
