The Mayor and City Council members shall pay the difference between the current monthly salary of three hundred seventy-one dollars and twenty-nine cents and the health insurance premium at the single party rate as provided to its non-safety employees.

The city clerk's salary is raised effective November 1, 1990, from the present seventy-five dollars per month to one hundred fifty dollars per month.
