No person shall wash, rinse or empty aircraft tanks or containers for pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, or any agricultural chemicals at the airport.

No person shall allow any waste materials or residue from pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or any agricultural chemicals to flow onto the surface of the earth at the airport.

Aircraft tanks or containers on any aircraft using the airport which tanks or containers are utilized for the purpose of spreading pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or any agricultural chemical shall only be washed or rinsed in flight over the field on which the particular pesticide, herbicide, fertilizer or any agricultural chemical have been applied.
