- § BH5-1 Birth, Marriage, Civil Union, Domestic Partnership or Death Certificate.

The fee for issuing a certification or certified copy of a birth
certificate, marriage certificate, civil union certificate, domestic
partnership certificate, death certificate or other vital statistics
record shall be $25 for the first copy and $2 for each additional
copy.
