The actions taken by the Latrobe Municipal Authority (LMA) in adopting Resolution No. 3 of 2006 by the Board of Directors of LMA on July 18, 2006 are hereby approved and the LMA revised local standards and Pretreatment Rules and Regulations are hereby adopted and shall be enforceable for those contributors to that portion of the Unity Sewer System who now or hereinafter will be treated by the Latrobe Treatment Plant.[1]

Editor's Note: On October 9, 2008, the Board of Supervisors adopted Res. No. R-13-2008, which resolution adopted the Rules and Regulations for the Pretreatment of Industrial Waste, promulgated by the Latrobe Municipal Authority on August 19, 2008, by Res. No. 3-2008. A copy of such Rules and Regulations is on file in the office of the Township Secretary.
The local limits attached to Resolution No. 3 of 2006 and incorporated herein are as follows:

The LMA Pretreatment Rules and Regulations, as amended, are hereby determined to be applicable to all contributors to that portion of the Unity Sewer System who now or hereinafter will be treated by the Latrobe Treatment Plant.
LMA and that individual designated under the LMA Pretreatment Rules and Regulations as the administrator of the rules and regulations are together hereby authorized, empowered and directed to administer the LMA Pretreatment Rules and Regulations adopted herein to those contributors from Unity Township who are affected and regulated by the provisions of this resolution.
In the event of any amendments or changes in the LMA Pretreatment Rules and Regulations hereafter, the Township does hereby designate the Unity Township Municipal Authority (UTMA) as owner and operator of the Unity Sewer System in Unity Township to act for and on behalf of Unity Township to amend whatever enabling resolution as may be required in order to effectuate such amendment to the LMA Pretreatment Rules and Regulations.
The agreement previously entered into between LMA, Unity Township and UTMA is hereby re-ratified and approved as to form, and any amendment thereto which is in accordance with the provisions of this resolution or may be mandated in order to implement the revised local limits is hereby approved as to form.
Any and all judicial enforcement remedies set forth in or incorporated by the LMA Pretreatment Rules and Regulations are hereby specifically adopted by reference as the judicial enforcement remedies in Unity Township, and the LMA is hereby empowered to institute any enforcement procedures set forth therein.
This Part 4 shall be effective upon the date of enactment.
