Township of Unity, PA Article X Tax Certifications

§ 109-77 Authorization.

The Code of the Township of Unity, Chapter 86, Permits, § 86-1, authorizes the Supervisors of the Township of Unity to establish fees for permits.

§ 109-78 Purpose.

The Township of Unity desires to establish a fee for obtaining a municipal lien certificate and for tax certification certificate.

§ 109-79 Fee for municipal lien certification.

The fee for obtaining a municipal lien certification shall be $15.

§ 109-80 Fee for a tax certification certificate.

The fee for obtaining a tax certification certificate shall be $10 through Township Tax Collector.
