Notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.S.A. 26:3D-60, smoking
shall be prohibited in all guest rooms of any hotel, motel or other
lodging establishment within the Township.

The provisions of N.J.S.A. 26:3D-62 shall govern fines, penalties,
and enforcement for any violation of this article.
