Township of Chatham, NJ Other Ordinances Relating to Land Use and Development

The following ordinances of the Township relate to the use and development of land within the Township and the provisions thereof are not intended to be affected by the adoption of this chapter, except as provided in § 30-108:

§ 30-107 AMENDMENT OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES.

The following ordinances and any amendments heretofore adopted or readopted are specifically amended in their entireties:

Ordinance 23-68	Land Subdivision Ordinance
Ordinance 1-77	Land Use Procedures Ordinance
Ordinance 14-77	Development Application Fee Ordinance

§ 30-108 REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.

Any and all chapters or parts thereof in conflict or inconsistent with any of the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to such extent as they are so in conflict or inconsistent, provided, however, that the adoption of this chapter shall not prevent or bar the continuance or institution of any proceedings for offenses heretofore committed in violation of any existing ordinance of the Township.
