[Ord. No. 2011-18]
This chapter is enacted to regulate and control hotel and motel rentals. Fairfield Township has a duty to the community, and other overnight guests, and an interest to protect the members of the public, from hotel and motel guests who are unwilling to act responsibly, and so the Township Council has deemed it appropriate to enact these regulations limiting the use of hotel and motel rooms and requiring certain registration requirements.
