The location and boundaries of said districts are hereby established on the Zoning Map of the Township of Fairfield prepared by Burgis Associates dated August 1999, revised March 13, 2001, which hereby is made a part of Chapter 45.[1]

Ordinance No. 2011-21. Zoning Map is amended to include a reference to the map entitled "Floodplain Overlay District" dated August 23, 2011 prepared by Burgis Associates.

Ordinance No. 2017-06. The Zoning Map is hereby amended to include the following additional properties within the MUO-1 Overlay Zone as follows. The underlying zones shall still be in effect; the overlay zones are supplemental to the underlying zones.

Ordinance No. 2017-19. Zoning Map is hereby amended to rezone a portion of Block 7001, Lot 1 from R1 to RZO-1 indicated as follows:
Beginning with that portion of Block 7001, Lot 1 as it fronts on the southwesterly most corner of the Carlos Drive right of way, and extending from that point in a southerly direction to Block 2302, Lot 6 thereby encompassing the entire lot width of Block 7001, lot 1 and travelling a distance of 561 feet in a westerly direction terminating at the southeasterly most corner of Block 2301, Lot 2.03.

Ordinance No. 2019-03. The Zoning Map is hereby amended to include the following parcel within the Residential Zone Overlay (RZO). The underlying L-1 and CO Zones shall remain in effect; the overlay zones are supplemental to the underlying zones.

a. 
Zone boundary lines are intended to follow the center line of streets, streams and lot or property lines as they exist on plats of record at the time of the passage of this chapter, unless such zone boundary lines are fixed by dimensions as shown on the Zoning Map. Where dimensions are shown, same are measured from the nearest abutting street line.
b. 
Where such boundaries are not fixed by dimensions and where they approximately follow lot lines and where they do not scale more than 10 feet distant therefrom, such lot lines shall be construed to be such boundaries unless specifically shown otherwise.
c. 
In unsubdivided land and where a zone boundary divides a lot, the location of such boundary, unless the same is indicated by dimensions shown on the map, shall be determined by the use of the scale appearing thereon.
