For the purposes of this Article, the terms used herein are defined as follows:
FLUID MILK PRODUCTS
Shall mean cream, sour cream, vitaminized milk, butternut skimmed milk, homogenized milk, reconstituted or recombined milk, milk beverages, cream beverages and all other beverages containing, in whole or in part, milk or cream.
MILK
Shall mean the lacteal secretion obtained by the complete milking of one (1) or more healthy mammals properly fed and kept, excluding that obtained within fifteen (15) days before and five (5) days after calving, kidding or giving birth or such other period as may be necessary to render the milk practically colostrum free.
MILK PRODUCTS
Shall mean cream, ice cream, ice cream mix, sherbets, cream cheese or other food for human consumption made from milk or cream, or both.
a. 
No person shall sell or deliver or have in possession for sale or delivery in the Borough any milk, milk products or fluid milk products without first obtaining from this Board a license for such sale or delivery. Each license issued under the provisions of this Article shall expire on the 31st of December following the issuing of the same.
b. 
A fee of five ($5.00) dollars shall be paid before any license required by this Article shall be issued.
The requirements concerning the sale, production and handling of ice cream, sherbets and ices shall be governed by the Law and Regulations Governing the Manufacture, Handling, Sale and Distribution of Ice Cream, Sherbet and Ices of the State of New Jersey, as set forth in Title 24, Chapter 2, Article I of the Revised Statutes, Title 24, Chapter 10, Article 7 of the Revised Statutes and Title 24, Chapter 17, Article 1 of the Revised Statutes, its amendments and supplements, which are made a part of this Article as though incorporated in it and set out at length.
