The purpose of the C-4 District is to provide areas for regional shopping centers which would include a broad variety of retail stores and service shops. The permitted uses are listed in Section 1341.01.

The required standards are:
(a)
Gross lot area
25 acres min.
(b)
Front yard depth:
Abutting R-1 and R-2 Districts and streets abutting such Districts
200 feet min.
Abutting R-3, R-4 and R-5 Districts and streets abutting such Districts
100 feet min.
Abutting all other zoning districts and/or all other streets
50 feet min.
(c)
Rear yard depth and/or side yard width:
Abutting R-1 and R-2 Districts and streets abutting such Districts
200 feet min.
Abutting R-3, R-4 and R-5 Districts and streets abutting such Districts
100 feet min.
Abutting all other zoning districts and/or all other streets
50 feet min.

Bufferyards, as described in Section 1314.04.

Access shall be from an arterial road by means of a marginal access road in order that the number of curb cuts on the arterial road can be kept to a minimum.
