The tract of ground donated to the Town of McCandless by Dr. Robert H. Potter and Janet M. Potter, his wife, for a public park is hereby named and designated as "Potter Park".

The following are hereby prohibited within the confines of Potter Park:
(a) 
Alcoholic beverages.
(b) 
Swimming.
(c) 
Littering.
(d) 
Fires of any sort.
(e) 
Motor vehicles of any kind.

Potter Park shall be open and shall be used only during the hours from dawn to dusk.

Notice of the above prohibitions shall be prominently posted at the entrance of Potter Park.

Failure to comply with any provision of this article shall constitute a summary offense and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.
