No person, firm or corporation shall land any aircraft or take
off any aircraft, including helicopters, from any landing field located
within 150 yards of any occupied dwelling house or residence within
the Town.

The restriction on the landing or taking off of aircraft contained
in this article shall not apply to emergency medical service aircraft,
military aircraft or public safety aircraft whenever flight by such
aircraft is necessary for emergency purposes.

Any violation of the provisions of this article shall be considered
a summary offense and the violator shall be fined not more than $300
for each offense, plus costs of prosecution. Each day that any person
continues to violate this article shall be considered a separate offense.
