[Ord. No. 581 § 7-3]
In preparing the Capital Improvement Program, the Planning Board shall confer with the Mayor, the Borough Administrator, other appropriate municipal officials and agencies and the School Board. Every municipal department, authority or agency shall, upon request of the Planning Board, transmit to the Board a statement of all capital projects proposed to be undertaken by the municipality or by such department, authority or agency during the term of the program, and the Planning Board shall study, advise and make recommendations as to the projects so proposed.
[Ord. No. 581 § 7-4]

Any modification shall be approved by affirmative vote of a majority of the full authorized membership of the Governing Body, and the reasons for such modification shall be recorded in its minutes.
