No land shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected or occupied other than in conformance with the provisions of this bylaw. Any use of land, building, or structures not expressly permitted is hereby prohibited. The uses permitted by this bylaw shall include accessory uses to those permitted principal uses.
Multiple uses may be located in the same structure and/or on the same lot in separate structures/areas, provided all requirements of this bylaw have been satisfied. Only one dwelling unit shall be allowed on one lot or in one structure, unless specifically permitted by this bylaw.
A. 
No building erected, altered, or in any way changed as to construction or use, under a permit or otherwise, shall be occupied or used, and the use of any land shall not be changed, without a permit authorizing such use signed by the Building Inspector. Said permit shall not be issued until such building and the use of such building and/or land comply in all respects with this bylaw. A use permit shall not be required for new accessory uses or changes to accessory uses of a building or land, except as specifically required by this bylaw.
B. 
A fee shall be paid to the Town of Groveland upon application for such permit, according to the schedule, as approved by the Selectmen, posted in the Town Clerk's office.
C. 
If the Building Inspector refuses to issue a permit, the applicant may appeal to the permit granting authority, under the provisions of MGL c. 40A, §§ 8 and 15, as amended.

Normal operating hours (Industrial District): 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
These hours may be extended by special permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
