The following schedule of fees shall be charged from and after the effective date of this section:

The Recreation Commission is authorized to collect a fee, from each individual, organization or entity requesting use of the fields in the Borough of Watchung, which fee shall be set by resolution. Such resolution shall be kept on file with the Borough Clerk.

The Recreation Commission is authorized to collect a fee for the operation of the Summer Camp Program, which fee shall be set by resolution. Such resolution shall be kept on file with the Borough Clerk. When the Summer Camp Program utilizes an outside vendor, or the use of sites or facilities that are outside the control or ownership of the Borough, any additional costs associated with such sites, facilities or vendors shall be incorporated into the Summer Camp Program fee herein established.

The Recreation Commission shall report to the Mayor and Council with regard to any necessary amendments or updates to the recreational fee schedules set forth herein.
