The Town voted unanimously to establish a Planning Board under the provisions of MGL c. 41, § 81A, with all of the powers and duties thereof.

The Planning Board shall consist of five members. The term of office for a Planning Board member is three years, with staggered end dates. Any term that is expiring shall be filled at the Annual Town Election.
