The Select Board shall be authorized to sell property, after first giving notice of the time and place of sale by posting notice of sale of such property, taken by the Town under tax title procedure, in accordance with MGL c. 60, § 53, provided that the Select Board, or whomsoever it may authorize to hold such public auction, may reject any bid which it deems inadequate. All action by the Town shall conform with MGL c. 60, § 53, as amended.
