Editor's Note: Former § 2-20, Police Department, previously
codified herein and containing portions of Ordinance Nos. 51, 70,
365, 2008-5 and 2008-6, was repealed in its entirety by Ordinance
No. 2010-5. Pursuant to a Shared Services Agreement with the Borough
of Deal dated August 10, 2010, the Borough of Deal will provide police
services and protection for the Borough of Interlaken.

shall appoint an Emergency Management Coordinator who shall be head
of the Emergency Management Council.
