For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough of Interlaken is
divided into the following zones:
R-A Single Family Residential
R-B Single Family Residential
R-C Single Family Residential

The Zoning Ordinance and the Zone Map of the Borough of Interlaken
be and the same are hereby amended and supplemented with respect to
the R-A, R-B and R-C Single Family Residential Zone and the Official
Zone Map as prepared by the Borough Engineer. (The Zone Map may be
found as an attachment to this chapter.)

a.
Zone boundary lines are intended to follow the center lines of streets,
streams, railroad rights-of-way and lot or property lines, unless
the boundary lines are fixed by dimensions shown on the zoning map
or as hereinafter set forth.
b.
Where zone boundary lines are not fixed by dimensions and are so
indicated that they appear to be within 10 feet of a lot line as determined
by scale from the zoning map, such lot line shall be construed to
be the boundary line.
c.
In those instances where zone boundary lines appear as extensions
of the property lines, and in other instances where the zone boundary
line divides a lot, and where the boundary line appears to be more
than 10 feet distant from a property line, the location of the boundary
line shall be determined by the use of the scale shown on the zoning
map.
The boundary line of any zone which adjoins the Deal Lake or
any tributary of same shall coincide with the boundary line of the
Borough of Interlaken and not with the high water mark or shoreline.

made a part of this chapter as if more specifically set forth at length
