Town of Colchester, CT Article XII Exemption for Horses and Ponies

§ 129-43 Statutory authority.

The Town of Colchester does hereby adopt the provisions of C.G.S. § 12-81gg, as amended, to provide that horses and ponies of any value shall be exempt from taxation.
