There is hereby created the position of Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council.
The term of office of the Director of Human Resources shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor and Counsel.
The Director of Human Resources shall perform such duties as are assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council, the Town Administrator and/or the Town Attorney.
The salary of the Director of Human Resources shall be as set forth in the annual Salary Ordinance.
