Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., there
is hereby created the position of Construction Code Official. The
Construction Code Official shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council.
The term of office of the Construction Code Official shall be
for one year.
The Construction Code Official shall serve as the Director of
the Office of the Division of Inspections and perform such duties
as are assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council and/or
the Town Administrator.
The salary of the Construction Code Official shall be as set
forth in the annual Salary Ordinance.
