There is hereby created the position of Deputy Court Administrator.
The Deputy Court Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor
and Council.
The Deputy Court Administrator shall serve at the pleasure of
the Mayor and Council.
The Deputy Court Administrator shall perform such duties as
are assigned from time to time by the Judge of the Municipal Court
and/or the Court Administrator.
The salary of the Deputy Court Administrator shall be as set
forth in the annual Salary Ordinance.
