Pursuant to the provisions of 40:9-154.7 et seq., there is hereby
created the position of Parking Enforcement Officer.
The Mayor and Council shall appoint, from time to time, as many
Parking Enforcement Officers as deemed necessary. The Parking Enforcement
Officers' term of office shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor and
Council.
The Parking Enforcement Officers shall perform such duties as
are assigned from time to time by the Chief of Police or designee
and or the Town Administrator.
The salary of Parking Enforcement Officers shall be as set forth
in the annual Salary Ordinance or paid by voucher.
