There is hereby created the position of Animal Control Officer.
The Mayor and Council shall appoint, from time to time, as many
Animal Control Officers as deemed necessary. The Animal Control Officers'
term of office shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
The Animal Control Officers shall perform such duties as are
assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator,
Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent, and/or any other appropriate
supervisor to which the Animal Control Officer is assigned.
The salary of Animal Control Officers shall be as set forth
in the annual Salary Ordinance.
