The Township of Monroe and the Borough of Helmetta are desirous
of providing joint animal control services; and the Township of Monroe
and the Borough of Helmetta wish to enter into the agreement set forth
in Ordinance No. 0-6-95-029. The execution of the agreement is in
the best interest of the Township of Monroe.
The agreement between the Township of Monroe by its Mayor and
Clerk and the Borough of Helmetta by its Mayor and Clerk be and the
same is hereby approved.[1]
