A.
In accordance with the provisions of Sections 315.010 through 315.060 and when traffic control signals are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall obey the traffic control lights at every intersection before entering any of the following streets or parts thereof:

First Street, southbound traffic at Lincoln Avenue

Lincoln Avenue, eastbound traffic at First Street

Lincoln Avenue, westbound traffic at First Street

B.
Penalty.
Any person violating any provision hereof shall be guilty of an ordinance
violation and shall be subject to a fine of one dollar ($1.00) to
five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisonment not to exceed ninety
(90) days.
